Stayed in twin room with private bathroom which was perfect for me. As for me, the location was great and unbeatable, near historical center, the shopping centre and shopping, restaurants, bars.

We didn't have time, but we will choose the place for future trips. Our queen room included central heating, a work desk, and a TV set. Very very helpful and affable staff, as it had to be: D

The staff here were super friendly and really nice. I stayed in a twin room that was clean and comfy, plus it had a spacious bathroom. 😊.

greatly enjoyed this great budget hotel, marvellous and unbeatable location and warm rooms. booked a room with a view. central heating, multi-channel television, and a writing desk were provided. location: the venue was really close to the shopping district, the center of andorra la vella and the andorra. café restaurant cafe l'isard was 500 feet away from the place.

During my recent business trip to Andorra la Vella, I had the pleasure of staying at the Somriu Hotel City M28. One of the highlights of this hotel was its convenient location, with the next center, Chaldean Spa, being just 1 kilometer away. This allowed me to easily access the spa and indulge in some much-needed relaxation after a long day of meetings. The proximity of the spa made my stay at the hotel even more enjoyable.

One minor drawback I experienced during my stay was the lack of a kettle for making tea or the availability of a kitchen.

Great location, Its very central for shopping. Close to the old town and to the tourist information (much more helpful than hotel staff). Good restaurants and bars just 10 minutes walk away. If you get a room at the front of the hotel you get good views of the mountains and a lovely breeze when the window is open. Ok for one nights stay, but I would not recommend for a longer period.

The staff were not very helpful, didn't seem interested if you couldn't fluently speak Spanish. We had a room that looked into an enclosed shaft, the wall was 4 foot from the window. No air conditioning in our room, so an uncomfortable sleep in 25 degrees plus humidity! The only parking was a shopping mall car park opposite. 35 Euros for less than 24 hours of parking. Couldn't make international calls from Room, staff unwilling to help.

The staff was very friendly. The location of the hotel in the center of Andorra la Vella is perfect for visiting the interesting places in the country. The breakfast was good although there was no replenishment after finishing of some of the meals.

Had a great time here as usual. the room was tidy and had everything I needed. Enjoyed watching satellite TV, staying warm with the central heating, and getting some work done at the writing table. Plus, the bed was super comfy! 🛏️

I travel a lot for business and pleasure, this was the worst 3 star hotel I've ever stayed.

Dirty room. There were bugs in the room. On top of this the matrices on the beds were a disaster. I will not ever come back to this hotel. TV Service? Old TV broken remote control.

Great location, nice staff & very clean. No parking but gave discount at parking over the road. Would recommend to anyone. Got a great deal through Booked.net including breakfast, which was very good buffet style.

My partner and I stayed at Hotel M28 for a short break after spending 5 nights in a hostel. The room was comfortable and spacious enough for our needs. The location of the hotel was perfect, surrounded by shops right on our doorstep. We were also pleased to find the bus stop for the ski resorts only a 20-minute ride away. The breakfast was decent, and although the first morning felt a bit rushed, the following day was much better. The bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of room in the room. It was also nice to have a desktop fan instead of air conditioning.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

There aren't non smoking rooms in the hotel. Parking was expensive
